Welcome to BabyZzz, I’m so glad you’re here. Just as each pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey is unique, so is your families comfort level and personal beliefs when it comes to sleep. That’s why my biggest goal is to meet your family wherever you are on your sleep journey, and help you move towards where you want to be with confidence.
You are the expert on your child, but through hands on support and sleep science education, I hope to help you feel more empowered in laying a healthy sleep foundation and implementing strategies that feel right for your family.
In 2016, as a first-time mom whose husband left for work at 4 AM, I was content taking what very little sleep we were getting because I didn’t know any different. Starting our day at 4:30 AM and us all being cranky and overtired before dinner seemed par for the course. It wasn’t until 2018, when I got pregnant with our second, that I "dove into" the world of sleep and read whatever books I could get my hands on before my dude date. Understanding the science behind infant sleep and having age appropriate expectations of my children changed our relationship with sleep, as well as our family dynamic and is ultimately the reason I decided to become a Certified Sleep Consultant! I want nothing more than to meet families where they are, set them up for success and support them through their journey.
Consider this a “get acquainted call:” where I learn a little about your family’s current sleep situation, you have the opportunity to ask questions about the sleep training process, and we can review consultation packages and cost.
Once you've decided to move forward and we've decided what consolation package is best for your family, I'll send you an intake form to fill out that will give me a more in-depth understanding of your family's unique sleep sleep situation in order to personalize your sleep plan.
With your families unique sleep situation, goals, and comfort level in mind, I create and deliver an easy to follow sleep plan that provides you with the tools necessary in laying a new foundation for sleep.
Expect encouragement along the way as I am there to support you and answer any questions that may come up along the way while you're implementing. Once our time is done together, I send you off with a "success guide," that will help you navigate sleep in regards to traveling, illness, and major transitions.
