Hi! I'm Kimberly!

Back in 2016 (when our oldest was only a few months old!) we were starting our day anywhere between 4 and 5 AM, trying to function on minimal sleep, and all of us were cranky by the time dinner rolled around. Bath time was anything but relaxing, bedtime never looked like it held much promise either, and our nights were just as draining as our days. Everyday I was just trying to make it til the next stretch of sleep and I was convinced that "this was just my life now." 


It wasn’t until 2018, when we got pregnant with baby #2 and were still struggling, that I decided we all deserved better and I dove into the realm of sleep. Understanding the science behind sleep and setting age-appropriate expectations for our children changed my relationship with sleep and honestly - saved my mental health


You are the expert when it comes to your child, but through sleep science education, personalized plans, and hands on support, I hope to help you feel more empowered in implementing strategies that feel right for your family.

Although there is science behind sleep, babies and young children are not robots – therefor I won't guarantee to “solve all your sleep troubles in x number of nights!” Having unrealistic expectations of our children doesn’t set them up for success and will only leave us feeling defeated.  However, I do promise to provide you with evidence-based information, to help you make educated decisions, and make sure you know that you don’t have to navigate this time alone.

Being conscious of our children’s emotional & physical needs includes being responsive to their sleep development. Together we can meet them where they are developmentally and gently guide them while maintaining a sense connection; nap after nap, night after night.
