Hi there! I'm Kimberly, mom of three littles, and I want to start by saying I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're looking for comfort and validation or you're looking for solutions, I hope you find what you need.

I started this journey with attachment at the forefront, determined to redefine what sleep training could look like. To me, it's not a one-size-fits-all solution or "surviving a few difficult nights;" it's a thoughtful, multi-step process in which we meet children where they are developmentally, make space for their experiences, build a strong foundation, and gently guide them toward better sleep. Because for me, it's always been about so much more than "just sleep." It's about recognizing that maternal mental health matters. It's about understanding that when we're chronically exhausted, it can affect how we show up for ourselves, our partners, and our children. With that being said, I wanted to create a safe space where families could prioritize their wellbeing while staying aligned with attachment science.


I know what it's like to parent when you're running on empty. I know how hard it is to be patient, present, and emotionally available when you're exhausted. I also know how overwhelming it can feel to even consider making changes to sleep when there is so much conflicting information and so many strong opinions about what parents "should" do.


My goal is to help families find the version of parenthood where sleep science and attachment coexist—where children receive the comfort, connection, and responsiveness they need, while parents receive the rest they deserve. Because I know firsthand that it's possible to get quality sleep without sacrificing connection. In fact, when families are well-rested, they often find they have even more capacity to show up with patience, presence, and confidence. You don't have to choose between supporting your child's emotional needs and supporting your own. There is space for both, and I'd be honored to help you find it.

In order to work toward more sustainable sleep habits while maintaining a strong sense of connection, we have to view the process through the lens of a child. Our priority is helping them feel safe and secure every step of the way by understanding where they are developmentally, avoiding drastic changes, and implementing an approach that allows us to respond with consistency and confidence.  When we meet children where they are, move at a pace they can handle, and provide predictable, loving responses, we create an environment where new sleep habits can take root without sacrificing connection. The goal isn't simply better sleep—it's helping your child feel supported as they learn a new skill.

Although there is plenty of science behind sleep, babies and young children are not robots. Because of that, I won't promise to "solve all of your sleep troubles in X number of nights." Sleep is influenced by temperament, development, environment, and countless other factors that make every child unique. Having unrealistic expectations of our children doesn't set them up for success—it often leaves us feeling frustrated, discouraged, and disconnected from the progress that is happening. What I can promise is to provide evidence-based information, help you make informed decisions that align with your family's values, and guide you through the process with realistic expectations and compassionate support. Most importantly, I want you to know that you don't have to navigate this season alone. Together, we'll focus on what we can control, celebrate progress over perfection, and create a plan that supports both your child's needs and your family's wellbeing.

Just as every pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey is unique, so is every baby’s temperament and every family’s beliefs surrounding sleep. As your coach, I promise to honor your individual experience by meeting your family wherever you are on your sleep journey. My role isn't to tell you what your family should value or what sleep should look like in your home. Instead, it's to help you set realistic expectations, provide you with evidence-based guidance, and support you in working toward your goals in a way that feels aligned with your values and your child's developmental needs. No matter where you're starting, we'll focus on creating a plan that feels sustainable, respectful, and achievable—so you can move forward with confidence.
